We take safety and our business seriously!

Being CASA Registered and Fully Insured we have certain areas that are restricted to take off, land and fly over.

We have Special Permits Approval for COUNCIL LAND – which most footpaths, parks and other areas are classified.

Follow this CASA link to see if your job request is in a suitable non restricted FLY ZONE.

We do have special permission in some cases for Controlled Airports – so please ask us if you are inquiring about those areas. Just in case we can assist.

Drones, UAVs & RPAs CAN operate:

  • Up to 120m above ground level
  • Greater than 3.5NM – 5.5km from a Controlled Airport or Helicopter Landing Site
  • Where there is no unreasonable risk of injury to persons or damage to property
  • In Good Weather Conditions
  • Before Sunset
  • Where we can remain 30m from any parties not in our operation

NEXT LEVEL LENS mitigate our risks by ensuring we:

  • avoid populated areas
  • use appropriate signage to make others aware of our operation
  • keep residents and bystanders in our ‘safety zone’
  • choose suitable times of days/weeks to reduce excess spectators
  • notifying those affected (where possible) before commencing
